Purpose

Löschfrist Kursdaten

Daten zu Ihrer Kursteilnahme (z. B. Kursanmeldung, Lernfortschritt und absolvierte Inhalte) werden für die Durchführung und Verwaltung des Kurses gespeichert. Nach Kursende oder Ihrer letzten Kursaktivität werden diese Daten spätestens nach 24 Monaten gelöscht oder anonymisiert (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO i. V. m. Art. 5 Abs. 1 lit. e DSGVO).

Ihre personenbezogenen Nutzerdaten (z. B. Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Benutzerkonto und Login-Daten) werden gespeichert, solange Ihr Benutzerkonto aktiv ist. Nach Ihrer letzten Aktivität werden diese Daten spätestens nach 12 Monaten gelöscht, sofern keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen (Art. 5 Abs. 1 lit. e, Art. 13 Abs. 2 lit. a DSGVO).
